Thyme, rosemary, oil and wines from Minervois and Corbières will thrill your palate with scents of the garrigue.

For a long time, Béatrice’s friends have always liked to gather around her to savor her last finds, her new recipes.
It is thus quite naturally that she decided to propose her culinary talents, share her pleasure of the gastronomy in all simplicity, transform products of the country and  present a plate in which you will want to plunge your fork.

Think of reserving your dinner when you book your room.

The meal at 7:30 pm is preceded by an free aperitif. Our service stops at 10 pm.
The price is 28 € per person, 14 € for children under 10 years, free for children under 3 years.
Wines are at an additional cost.

  • Aperitif (cocktails, St Jean de Minervois’s muscatel wine or Rivesaltes, fruit juice)
  • Starter
  • Main course
  • Dessert
  • Coffee – Tea – Herb teas

Il faut le soir un souper délectable où l’on soit libre, où l’on goûte à propos les mets exquis, les bons vins, les bons mots. Et sans être ivre, il faut sortir de table.
(Loosely translation: A delicious supper is needed in the evening where we are free, where we enjoy conveniently delicious dishes, good wines, one-liners. And without being drunk, we leave the table.)


Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am in the dining room or in the patio, at your convenience.
In case of special diet, please let us know. Pleased advise us of your schedule.

Breakfast consists of:

  • Coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, juice.
  • Bread, viennoiseries, homemade pastries, cereals,
  • Butters, homemade jams,
  • Seasonal fresh fruit or fruit salad.

In order to offer you the best possible products, we have selected local producers, Pays Cathare certified.
